About BCI
BCI MISSION is vested in eliminating poverty, which includes impoverished individuals, families, and communities through educational tools, trade skills, legal document assistance, healthy/fitness initiatives, and financial economic training, collaborating with small businesses in career development, that will improve quality of living.
BCI is a 509 1 (a) tax-exempt outreach organization, training to eliminate poverty for individuals, families, and communities, and developing life-management skills. BCI, also known as Quicken Minds Outreach, Inc., has served individuals and families in Duval, Clay, Baker, Nassau, and St. John counties for over 25 years and worldwide in a faith-based setting.
