Dr. Chandra "Lady C" is a native of Jacksonville, FL, graduate of Andrew Jackson High School, Jax, FL. She pursed her education and attained an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, master’s in Christian counseling and Doctorate of Humanitarian, HCT Institute. Dr. Chandra is also a multi- business owner, clergy, Chancellor of her college and an International & National Multi-Award-Winning Christian Hip Hop Artist. 

She is a humanitarian serving the castaways, poor, the disadvantaged and impoverished community for over 30+ years. She and her husband are local pioneers making international impact. Her spirit of heroism through her not-for-profit organization has served over 550 displaced individuals and families into housing and she continues to feed, cloth, educate, train and empower the homeless, disadvantaged and hopeless.

 She has received many accolades for her endeavors such as, The Jacksonville Image Humanitarian Award “Be the Change Award,” Pride in Action "The Bishop Vaughn McLaughlin Kingdom Business Leadership” Award, and Governor Charlie Christ, acknowledged her one stop resource program as a “model” center program, which was presented on CNN and many communities recognition. Her community acts, survivor and successes were covered features, in “Emerging Black Magazine”, “Christian Music Entertainment” and “Scars of Survival Magazine, Inc.”

 Dr. Chandra does not cease to make impact; she is a keynote speaker and ambassador for domestic violence awareness and a member of the American Bar Association and Kingdom. She is a hands-on-leader and the builder of people and better communities.
